Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to provide you with the best possible service, and we want to make sure you are informed about how your orders are processed and shipped.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 14 days of order placement. 

Shipping Methods:
We offer various shipping options to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and chosen shipping method. Orders over $199 are eligible for free standard shipping. Orders $199 or under are eligible for flat rate $10 standard shipping.

Rush Orders:
We know sometimes life can get busy! If you need your order rushed to meet a certain party date, please email us at hello@postapartyshop.com with your order number and event date. We will do our best to expedite your order processing so that you receive it on time. Please ensure you choose the appropriate shipping method to ensure delivery prior to your event.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, shipping times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or high order volumes. If you experience any delays, please contact us at hello@postapartyshop.com, and we will assist you in tracking your order.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s status. If you do not receive tracking information within the estimated shipping time, please contact us for further assistance.

International Shipping:
At this time, we offer shipping within Canada. However, if you are outside of Canada and would like to order a Posta Party Box, please email us at hello@postapartyshop.com and we will do our best to facilitate your order.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and your delivery address. Any applicable taxes, handling fees, duties or additional charges will be added to your order total.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
